Privacy Policy

Account & profile: name, email, username, bio, location, social handles, audience figures, rates, and media you upload.

Transactions: bookings, messages, deliverables, reviews, and payout status. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers.

Usage: basic log and device data needed to run and secure the Platform.

To operate the marketplace: create and display public Creator profiles, power search and matching, process bookings and payouts, send transactional and product emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Platform. Public Creator profiles are intentionally indexable by search engines — that's how Brands discover you.

We use trusted processors to run the Platform, including: an authentication provider (Clerk), a database and file-storage provider (Supabase), a payments provider for processing and payouts (Stripe), and an email provider (Resend). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. We keep non-essential tracking to a minimum.

You can edit or delete most profile information in your dashboard, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under GDPR or CCPA). We honor valid requests as required by law.

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
