Creator Agreement

Listing on Marquee is free. You keep 100% of your listed rate. We never take a commission from Creators — Brands pay a 15% service fee on top of your price at checkout.

You set your own rates, formats, turnaround, and revision policy. Listings must be accurate and honor a $75 minimum booking. You are responsible for describing what a Brand receives and for delivering it.

Payouts are made through our payment provider (Stripe Connect). Before you can be paid you must complete their onboarding, which includes identity verification and tax collection. You authorize Marquee to instruct the release of your earnings to your connected account once a deliverable is approved.

When a Brand books you, they pay up front and the funds are held until the work is approved. After you submit a deliverable, the Brand has a review window to approve or request a revision; if they do nothing, the work auto-approves and your payout is released. This protects you from being ghosted. Marquee holds funds as a convenience and is not a bank or licensed escrow agent.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Marquee or of any Brand. You are responsible for your own taxes. Tax forms (e.g. 1099/W-8/W-9) are handled through the payment provider as required.

You must clearly disclose paid partnerships as required by law and platform rules (for example, the FTC's endorsement guidelines). Don't misrepresent your audience or engagement, and don't publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive.

The rights a Brand gets in a deliverable (organic only, paid amplification, whitelisting, etc.) are set by the usage-rights option on the booking. Anything beyond that requires a new agreement or offer.

Honor the revision policy on your listing. If a dispute arises, Marquee may mediate and decide how held funds are released or refunded based on the evidence and the approval record. Repeatedly failing to deliver may result in removal.

Once introduced through Marquee, please keep bookings and payments on the Platform. Taking deals off-platform to avoid fees undermines the protections (escrow, dispute resolution) that exist for you and the Brand, and may result in account removal.
